Dr. Samer Baalbaki is a Lebanese attorney admitted to the Beirut Bar Association since 1998, with over 25 years of experience in legal practice. He holds a PhD in Public Law, a Master’s degree in Public Law, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Lebanese University. Alongside his legal practice, Dr. Baalbaki has held academic teaching roles in law and has contributed to several committees within the Beirut Bar Association, particularly in matters relating to legislation, public liberties and human rights. His practice and academic background span areas including public law, constitutional law, international law, municipal law, arbitration and regulatory matters.
